Below are a list of attractions that are in some of the hotel/casinos that you have to pay for.  I’ve listed the price for tickets but please note that whilst in Vegas you can pop into the numerous ticket stands that are doted around the strip.  These ticket stands sell the tickets at a discount and are well worth visiting before buying tickets direct.

The Venetian - Gondola Rides

Location:  3377 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV, 89109

Price:  Shared x 4 seats $24pp, private x 2 $96

Times: Sun - Thurs, 10:00am - 11:00pm

             Fri - Sat, 10:00am - 12:00am

This is another attraction that can be found in a shopping Mall but this time in the hotel/casino the Venetian.  The shopping Mall is designed to make it feel like you are walking the streets of Italy and I have to say it really works!  To help to add to this, they have added canals with working Gondolas that you can ride on.

New York - New York - The Big Apple Coaster

Location: 3790 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV

Price:  $14 individual ticket

Times:  Sun - Thurs, 11:00am - 11:00pm

              Fri - Sat, 10:30am - Midnight

If you like the thrill of a rollacoaster then you will want to check out this ride outside the hotel/casino New York, New York.

Paris - The Eiffel Tower Experience

Location:  3655 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV

Price:  $17 Adult ticket

Times:  Mon-Fri, 9:30am - 12:30am

              Sat & Sun, 9:30am - 1am

Just like the real thing you can take a glass sided lift to the top and view the 360 degree giddy heights of Las Vegas.  This attraction is half the size of the real Eiffel Tower in Paris, France and 46 stories high.  The views from the tower are particularly good at night due to all the lights around the city.  This would be a good opportunity to take a loved one to the observation deck for a bit of romance.

Stratosphere Tower - Insanity Ride

Location:  2000 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV, 89104

Price:  $20 - $39.95

Times: Sun – Thu, 10:00am – 1:00am

            Fri – Sat, 10:00am – 2:00am

Ok so this ride isn’t called Insanity for nothing! This ride hangs over the side of the Stratosphere tower, 900 feet high and tilts and spins up to speeds of 3 G’s.  This really isn’t for the faint hearted but for any thrill seekers out there, this is defiantly something to stick at the top of your list.

The Venetian - Madame Tussauds

Locations:  3355 S. Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV

Price:  $29.95

Times:  10:00am – 7:00pm

I’m sure that most of you reading this have heard and may have even visited a Maddame Tussauds before.  In case you haven’t, then this attraction in full of 100 life like, waxed works of the most famous stars.  You can get up close and even grab some pictures of your favourite celebrities.

The list of attractions below are places that can be found around the Vegas Strip and also in Downtown Vegas.  These are the attractions that you won’t find in any of the hotel/casinos and again, I’ve split these attractions between free and paid.

The Linq - High Roller

Location:  3545 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV

Price:  $23

Times:  24 hours

The high roller is located at the Linq Promenade which is an outdoor plaza containing shops, restaurants and entertainment.  The High Roller itself is a huge observation wheel, think the London Eye. At the top, it will give you access to a 360 degree view of the Vegas Strip.  The High Roller is open day and night and offers different perspectives at both times of the day.
